🚀 Hiring: IT Project Manager | Enterprise Applications
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and integration projects.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on project manager with strong SDLC experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive projects from initiation through successful delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end enterprise software implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and integration projects
Lead projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
Manage both internally led and vendor-managed projects
Coordinate cross-functional IT, business, and vendor teams
Partner with business stakeholders and executive leadership
Lead project governance, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communications
Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives
Maintain project documentation and support compliance requirements
Take ownership of project execution and drive delivery rather than relying solely on vendors
Support enterprise application upgrades, enhancements, and product launch initiatives
🔹 Required Qualifications
5–10+ years of IT Project Management experience; maximum 10 years preferred
Proven experience managing enterprise software/application projects from initiation through completion
Strong knowledge of SDLC
Experience managing both internal teams and third-party vendors
Advanced experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as:
Workday
SAP
Ariba
Veeva CRM
Snowflake
Ingenius
Similar enterprise HR/business applications
Strong stakeholder management experience, including interaction with executive leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently drive projects, resolve issues, and take ownership of deliverables
🔹 Nice to Have
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or other regulated industries
Exposure to GxP environments
Experience with enterprise system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or product launches
Experience with project governance, documentation, and compliance processes
