Professionals in TPI are involved in live engagements from the outset, contributing to analysis, execution and client deliverables in coordination with colleagues across the firm. The platform is designed to provide meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership and long-term growth in a high-performance environment.
The Delivery Enablement (DE) team supports internal stakeholders by providing a robust operational backbone across TAS, TES, OCFO, PI, IM, IB and TRS. The team includes Talent Acquisition (TA), Human Capital Management (HCM), Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance and Delivery Excellence. As Portage Point continues to grow, the DE team is laser focused on scalability, quality and automation.
The Vice President (VP), TA opportunity represents a unique opportunity for a highly capable recruiting professional with a proven track record of sourcing and placing top tier candidates. This is Portage Point’s first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire based in India and will be responsible for building and owning the TPI recruiting function from the ground up, in close partnership with the global TA team and local HCM leader. The Vice President, TA will work alongside the Practice Line Leaders to drive high volume and strategic recruiting outcomes across TPI. This VP will focus on flawless execution of the recruitment strategy, sourcing premier talent across various levels and delivering a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience, including full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle – sourcing through offer execution.
