Your role at S3
Build automations that add real value
Design, develop and maintain automation workflows in Rewst.
Build integrations between our internal systems and other platforms using REST APIs and webhooks.
Design automation solutions using Microsoft Azure services and other cloud technologies.
Create reusable components to speed up the development of new automations.
Build templates and application logic with Jinja.
Improve processes across the company
Analyze existing processes and identify the best opportunities for automation.
Work directly with departments to understand their operational needs.
Turn repetitive tasks into reliable, scalable automated processes.
Keep refining existing automations so they grow with the business.
Build solutions that last
Write clean, well-structured, maintainable code.
Troubleshoot and fix issues with existing automations.
Apply best practices for development, security and reliability.
Contribute to technical documentation and help raise the team’s standards.
What We’re Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in automation, systems integration, software development, DevOps or a related field.
Experience building automation workflows or business processes.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience with JSON and data transformation.
Experience with Jinja or a similar templating language.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Curious, self-driven and always looking to improve.
Nice to have: Microsoft Azure
PowerShell or Python
Git
Experience using AI tools for development
Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
