01 THE ROLE
Attncapital runs performance advertising campaigns for advertisers through editorial publisher handles, and we are scaling aggressively. That scale runs on volume: we need a steady, high-quality stream of static ad creative every single day. The Performance Creative Designer owns that production line.
This is a high-output, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on volume without sacrificing quality or compliance. You'll work within established brand guidelines and platform requirements to produce a large number of static ads daily, with every asset ready to run without rework — blending strong traditional design fundamentals with AI-assisted tools to move faster without cutting corners.
02 WHAT YOU WILL OWN
– High-volume static ad production. Produce 50+ static ads per day across our advertiser accounts, working efficiently without sacrificing quality.
– Brand & compliance adherence. Follow strict brand guidelines and platform compliance requirements on every asset, ensuring nothing needs rework before it goes live.
– Tool-driven execution. Use Figma, Photoshop, and AI-assisted design tools to move quickly from concept to finished asset at scale.
– Video support as needed. Contribute to video ad production on top of your core static ad output, as projects require.
03 WHO YOU ARE
– Fast and high-volume. You can consistently produce a large number of polished static ads per day without quality slipping.
– Detail-oriented on compliance. You follow brand and platform guidelines precisely — your work doesn't come back for revisions.
– Figma & Photoshop-fluent. You're highly proficient in both Figma for day-to-day design production and Photoshop for image editing and asset production.
– Comfortable with AI-assisted design tools. You have hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools as part of your design workflow.
– Experienced in this space. 5+ years of experience is preferred, ideally in paid social advertising, performance marketing, or direct response marketing.
– Video production is a plus. Experience with video ad production is a strong plus, though not required.
