Large & Strategic Transaction Management
Coordinate complex transactions from initial opportunity through final settlement.
Align Procurement, Device Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and external buyers around the transaction structure.
Confirm buyer pricing, quantities, grading assumptions, payment terms, logistics requirements, and acceptance criteria.

In partnership with operations, coordinate allocation and movement of inventory to committed buyers.
Track buyer payment and work with Finance to ensure timely collection.
Conduct post-transaction follow-up and resolve commercial issues with buyers.
Resolve commercial issues with buyers and incorporate lessons learned into future transaction and pricing strategies.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Maintain a current understanding of global secondary-market demand and pricing.
