Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Create and maintain documentation for data processes and reporting methodologies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Automate recurring reports and data workflows where possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, etc.).
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Understanding of data modeling, data cleaning, and statistical analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of databases and ETL processes.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or ATS systems.
Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
