You will be instrumental in building a new revenue pillar in its early stages of growth. Over the next 12–24 months, as the product line scales, you'll transition into a full-time leadership role with expanded scope and influence across the organization.
This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, builds trust quickly with high-value partners, and is comfortable balancing hands-on selling with team leadership.
What we’ll offer:
Competitive base salary ($80,000 to $110,000 USD) and OTE ($160,000 USD)
Comprehensive health benefits
Retirement savings plan with company contributions
Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off
Remote working within the United States
Parental leave and family-supportive policies
Charity or volunteering time off
Group-wide travel discounts
What you’ll do:

Lead by example, demonstrating best-practice consultative selling techniques.

Design and sell bespoke luxury travel experiences tailored to client needs.
Drive repeat business and long-term client value through outstanding service and relationship management.

Maintain expert knowledge of luxury travel destinations, suppliers, and market developments.
Stay informed on competitor activity and emerging trends to support commercial success.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving NPS and customer satisfaction targets.
What you’ll bring:
Proven success in consultative sales, with a track record of building relationships, closing high-value deals, and consistently exceeding targets.
Experience working with luxury, premium, or bespoke products and services, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a similar client-focused industry.
A strong understanding of the luxury customer mindset and a passion for creating exceptional, personalised experiences.
Confidence working with high-net-worth clients, travel advisors, or strategic partners in a relationship-led sales environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pipelines, forecasting sales performance, and using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.
A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and often ambiguous environment.
