About Metabolic Supply Group
Metabolic Supply Group (MSG) is building a marketplace that connects healthcare providers with pharmacy partners and gives clinics a simpler way to source the products they need. We bring pharmacy relationships, ordering support, and dedicated account management together so providers can spend more time running their practices and caring for patients.
We’re growing quickly, and the people joining us now will help shape how we serve clinics and scale the business. You’ll work closely with the team, take ownership of meaningful relationships, and see the direct impact of your work on our customers and our growth.
About the Role
You’ll own an assigned portfolio of clinic accounts and be their primary contact for ongoing support and growth. Through proactive outreach and consistent follow-through, you’ll help clinics become regular ordering partners, deepen existing relationships, and re-engage inactive accounts.
You’ll work closely with sales, pharmacy operations, and administrative support to keep accounts moving, from the initial handoff through ongoing ordering and issue resolution. This role combines relationship management, commercial responsibility, and hands-on coordination.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required. Based in the Mountain or Pacific time zone is preferred, complementing the geographic reach of our accounts.
What You’ll Do
Own your clinic relationships. Build relationships with providers, practice managers, and clinic staff, developing a clear understanding of each account’s needs, ordering patterns, and growth opportunities.
Drive repeat orders and profitable growth. Proactively engage clinics, identify opportunities to expand their use of approved products and services, and follow through on those opportunities.
Activate and re-engage accounts. Help newly assigned clinics begin ordering and reconnect with dormant or declining accounts to understand barriers and recover business.
Support the ordering experience. Assist with order placement, answer account questions, and keep clinics informed about open requests and next steps.
Coordinate issues through resolution. Work with pharmacy operations and pharmacy partners to address fulfillment and service concerns while remaining accountable for clinic communication and follow-through.
Manage clear account handoffs. Partner with sales to ensure newly assigned accounts have complete information, clear ownership, and a smooth transition into ongoing account management.
Communicate approved offerings. Share product information, pricing, and promotions; follow established pricing and margin guidelines; and escalate questions that require additional expertise or approval.
Maintain accurate account information. Document contacts, account activity, ordering history, follow-ups, and outstanding issues in company systems.
Coordinate account support. Use shared communication channels, collaborate with administrative support, and help clinics adopt portal-based ordering.
Provide visibility into your portfolio. Share account performance, growth opportunities, retention risks, and issues requiring attention.
What You Bring
Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Two or more years of account management, customer success, or client relationship experience preferred.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred, particularly in clinics or healthcare technology.
Ability to build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and retain accounts.
Clear communication, strong organization, and reliable follow-through.
Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to manage account activity.
Independent judgment and ownership of account performance, including revenue and profitable growth.
Experience working with pharmacies, medical practices, or healthcare providers is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
Your clinics know whom to contact and trust you to follow through. Newly assigned and inactive accounts become consistent ordering partners. Your portfolio grows profitably, account risks are identified early, and clinic issues receive timely attention.
We’ll evaluate success through repeat ordering, account activation and reactivation, retention, portfolio revenue and profit, responsiveness, and accurate account documentation.
Commission Structure
The role offers a base of $5,000 per month, with target total earnings of $6,500–$7,500 per month through base and performance-based variable compensation. Variable earnings are uncapped, giving you the opportunity to increase your compensation as you grow your assigned portfolio.
