🚀 Bilingual Client Success & Onboarding Manager – Digital Marketing

StudioWeb64 is looking for a Bilingual Client Success & Onboarding Manager to manage the client relationship after a sale is completed.
You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, understanding their business goals, defining initial strategies, and coordinating execution with our Web Development, Paid Media, and CRM teams.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Lead onboarding and follow-up calls in English & Spanish.
Understand client goals, services, target market, and expectations.
Prepare initial strategies for Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Websites, Landing Pages, and CRM solutions.
Translate client requirements into clear tasks and briefs for Operations.
Follow up on pending documentation, credentials, approvals, and project requirements.
Guide clients during their first months using our tools and services.
Monitor Customer Experience, satisfaction, and project progress.
Identify campaign concerns or opportunities and coordinate improvements with specialists.
Build long-term relationships focused on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
🌎 Professional English & Spanish – Required
🇺🇸 Experience working with U.S.-based clients
💼 Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Onboarding, Project Management, or Digital Marketing
📈 Knowledge of Google Ads, LSA, websites, landing pages, CRM, and lead generation
🤖 GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is highly valued
📋 Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
🧠 Strategic, analytical, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace, WordPress, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio is a plus.
🕘 Schedule: Full-Time – 8 hours/day
📅 Monday–Friday, aligned with New York / Eastern Time
📞 Scheduled/rotating Saturday coverage
You will be the bridge between:
💰 Sales → 🤝 Client → ⚙️ Operations → 📈 Results
For this remote position in LATAM, we offer a monthly compensation of USD $1,600–$2,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
