Job Title: Campaign Experience Engineer
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Campaign Engineer with a strong background in digital marketing, web development, email development, and journey building. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic. Working knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is preferred; intermediate proficiency is acceptable and can be further developed through training. Strong JavaScript expertise is a critical requirement for this role. While experience with Salesforce CDP, Marketing Cloud, and personalization tools is acceptable, candidates with Adobe products as their primary experience will be preferred. Proficiency in HTML is essential, and strong JavaScript development skills are mandatory. Experience with Python or similar scripting languages is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO) to enhance customer engagement across various touchpoints.
- Utilize Adobe AEP tools, including AJO, CDP, Target, and AEM, for creating seamless and personalized marketing experiences, while also recognizing the value of Salesforce tools if applicable.
- Develop dynamic email assets leveraging HTML and modular design principles to ensure high responsiveness and effective communication.
- Develop, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns and workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic , leveraging JavaScript for customizations, workflow logic, and advanced personalization requirements.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Automation Team Lead and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Quality Assurance (QA) testing and review of peers work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, web development, and email campaign development.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) is mandatory. Working knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is required; intermediate proficiency is acceptable. Experience with Adobe Target, AEM, and CDP is advantageous.
- Proficiency in HTML and the ability to create dynamic, modular email templates.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript is mandatory and is the primary technical requirement for this role. Candidates should be able to utilize JavaScript for campaign customization, workflow development, personalization, and troubleshooting within Adobe solutions. Experience with Python or other scripting languages is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in journey building and customer experience strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing technology architecture and tools.
