Part-Time Graphic Designer – Creative & Production
About Alliance Marketing Partners
Alliance Marketing Partners (AMP) is a full-service marketing agency that develops and executes creative marketing programs for national and regional brands. Our work spans local-store marketing, experiential marketing, public relations, social media, partnerships, and creative production.
About the Role
AMP is seeking a dependable and highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our creative team approximately 20+ hours per week. This is a remote, part-time position preferably based in Atlanta, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
This role includes a mix of creative design and production work. A majority of the day-to-day responsibilities will involve using established templates to create materials for specific events and projects, preparing proofs, finalizing production files, and tracking project details. The designer will also have opportunities to brainstorm and develop new creative for a variety of clients and deliverables.
The right candidate can move comfortably between template-based production work and original design. They should be organized, efficient, comfortable working within established brand standards, and able to manage projects accurately with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
Use established Adobe InDesign templates to create project-specific materials, incorporating provided location information, pricing, dates, offers, and other content
Adapt templates and approved creative across different sizes, formats, markets, and deliverables
Support the development of new creative concepts and templates as opportunities arise
Review all work for content, formatting, and accuracy before sharing with the internal team
Prepare, export, and upload proofs and revisions to Monday.com for internal and client review
Incorporate edits and feedback accurately and efficiently
Finalize and export approved files according to vendor production specifications
Maintain accurate file names, folder structures, and version control
Manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional graphic-design or production-design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
Portfolio demonstrating both original creative work and experience working within established templates or brand systems
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and fundamental design principles
Experience preparing accurate, production-ready files for print and digital use
Knowledge of print-production requirements, including bleeds, color modes, image resolution, dielines, preflighting, and file packaging
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, file-management, and project-tracking skills
Ability to interpret creative briefs and work within established brand standards
Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and respond promptly to feedback
Agency or high-volume marketing experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
Equipment and Technology Requirements
Personal Mac or PC capable of reliably running current Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to participate in virtual meetings and communicate during agreed-upon working hours
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project-management platforms is helpful but not required
Schedule and Compensation
Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week
$25 per hour
Part-time, remote position
Atlanta-area candidates preferred
Availability during agreed-upon weekday business hours
