Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power VisQuanta’s AI-driven customer intelligence ecosystem. In this full-time remote role, the engineer will work across front-end and back-end layers to develop scalable features, integrate third-party APIs, and ensure smooth communication between services and data sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, optimizing server-side performance, managing databases, and contributing to architecture decisions that support real-time interactions and predictive analytics. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, data, and AI teams to translate business requirements into reliable solutions, write clean and testable code, and participate in code reviews to uphold quality and security standards. The role also involves monitoring production systems, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving the platform based on user feedback and business needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining end-to-end web applications.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including work with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
Candidates should possess experience integrating services and APIs to support AI, analytics, and CRM workflows in production environments.
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar back-end languages; React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks; relational and/or NoSQL databases).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams with effective communication and collaboration practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
