About the Role
We are looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Manager with deep, practical knowledge of SMM panels. The candidate will take full ownership of our YouTube channel — from video publishing to channel optimization and growth management through SMM panels.
Raw video content will be provided. Everything else is your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Upload and publish video content with correct settings and formatting
Write SEO-optimized video titles, descriptions, and tags
Design engaging thumbnails using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Optimize channel structure, playlists, and overall branding
Use SMM panels to manage and scale video views and channel engagement
Use SMM panels to handle comment strategies on videos
Leverage AI-based tools to support comment generation and content strategies
Monitor channel analytics and refine SMM panel strategies accordingly
Required Skills & Experience
Deep, hands-on experience with SMM panels (JustAnotherPanel, SMMKings, or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of how SMM panels work — service selection, order placement, drip-rate management, and maintaining channel health
Strong command of YouTube SEO and platform algorithm
Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) for comment and content generation
Proficiency in thumbnail design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and performance analytics
Ability to manage tasks independently without supervision
Prior experience managing multiple YouTube channels through SMM panels is a strong advantage
