We are looking for a LATAM Process Excellence & Talent Attraction Specialist to join our LATAM Talent Acquisition team. This position can be based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, or Guarulhos, Brazil.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Talent Acquisition operational excellence across Latin America through continuous process improvement, analytics, technology, candidate and hiring manager experience, Employer Branding, and talent attraction initiatives.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives across Talent Acquisition processes in Latin America.
Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Standardize recruiting processes, procedures, governance, and controls while ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
Manage and analyze regional Talent Acquisition dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cycle time, requisition workload, funnel conversion, candidate and hiring manager experience, DE&I effectiveness metrics, sourcing and recruitment marketing effectiveness, job board performance, talent attraction activities, labor market analytics, and other operational KPIs.
Support workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity planning activities to anticipate Talent Acquisition operational needs.
Analyze candidate and hiring manager experience, identifying opportunities and implementing improvement plans.
Partner with regional and global teams to implement new tools, systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Drive change management, communication, training, and adoption activities related to new solutions and ways of working.
Implement regional Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives aligned with global strategies and Latin American market needs.
Support recruitment marketing, talent communities, university relations, social media, and other talent attraction initiatives.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of Employer Branding, DE&I attraction initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing channels, job boards, talent communities, and other talent attraction efforts to optimize outcomes and return on investment.
Analyze talent market trends and attraction channel effectiveness to support data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and regional and global stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure consistent execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong Talent Acquisition experience and a deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes.
Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Excellence, HR Operations, Process Excellence, or related areas.
Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement, transformation, and process standardization initiatives.
Ability to analyze recruiting data, KPIs, trends, and market intelligence and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
Experience developing, managing, or utilizing dashboards and performance reports.
Ability to identify operational issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Knowledge and experience with Talent Acquisition or HR technologies, digital tools, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions.
Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities in a dynamic regional environment.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
A continuous improvement and innovation mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Professional proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, enabling effective collaboration across Latin America.
Experience in Employer Branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Recruitment Marketing, Talent Communities, University Relations, Social Media strategies, or Talent Attraction initiatives.
Experience with data visualization tools, labor market intelligence platforms, automation, digital recruiting technologies, or artificial intelligence solutions.
Certifications in Project Management, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Analytics, Change Management, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.

Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Excellence, HR Operations, Process Excellence, Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, or related functions.
Strong Talent Acquisition experience, including recruiting processes, metrics, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and talent attraction strategies.
Experience working with data, dashboards, KPIs, labor market intelligence, and performance metrics.
Experience supporting transformation, continuous improvement, technology, automation, analytics, or change management projects.
Experience working with regional or global stakeholders in multi-country and multicultural environments.
Professional proficiency in English, required to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
