We are looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer who combines strong hands-on development skills with deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and event-driven solutions.
This role is ideal for an autonomous engineer who understands not only how to build scalable systems, but also the architectural trade-offs behind technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance, secure backend applications using modern .NET and C#.
Design and evolve distributed and event-driven architectures, considering scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, and data consistency.
Lead end-to-end system design for complex banking and fintech use cases.
Work with cloud platforms, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Design solutions for distributed-system challenges such as asynchronous communication, messaging, idempotency, failures, and transactional consistency.
Develop comprehensive testing strategies across integration boundaries and asynchronous workflows.
Communicate architectural decisions clearly through technical discussions and architectural diagrams.
Must-have Skills
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience in .NET/C#.
Proven experience building enterprise-grade backend applications in production environments.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience with messaging systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven patterns.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Practical experience with containers, cloud infrastructure, networking, and CI/CD.
Strong understanding of system resilience, fault tolerance, data consistency, and idempotency.
English C1 or higher, with fluent spoken and written communication.
Nice-to-have
Experience in Banking, Fintech, or other highly regulated environments.
Experience with architectural documentation and technical design reviews.
Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools.
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
