Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing MIS reports to support management decision-making and performance tracking. Day-to-day tasks include collecting data from various departments, validating and consolidating information, and generating periodic dashboards and analytical reports. The Executive will monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies, improving reporting processes, and communicating findings clearly to management.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to understand and work with business data and reporting tools.
Solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data consolidation, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
Effective Communication skills for presenting reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and explaining insights to stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting or BI tools; familiarity with databases or SQL is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines, and a structured approach to documentation.
Experience in an MIS, reporting, or data analysis role within an agency or corporate environment is preferred.
