Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Quality Control role based in the Pune Division. The role involves monitoring and inspecting processes and products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include performing routine checks, documenting findings, identifying non-conformities, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The individual will collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to maintain and improve quality processes, as well as assist in internal audits and preparation for external inspections. The role also includes maintaining accurate quality records and contributing to the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to oversee product and process compliance.
Candidates should possess competencies in Quality Management to support the implementation and improvement of quality systems and policies.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing to conduct internal audits and support external audit readiness.
Relevant technical or engineering degree or diploma, or equivalent experience in a quality-focused role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
Experience in manufacturing, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
