Role Description The Data Science Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The trainer will design and deliver structured lessons in data science, ensuring that core concepts in statistics, programming, and applied analytics are clearly explained and effectively demonstrated. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, supervising practical exercises and projects, and assessing learner performance through assignments, tests, and feedback. The trainer will provide academic support to learners, adapt teaching methods to varying skill levels, and collaborate with the team to update course content in line with current industry practices. Participation in curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and continuous improvement of training methods is expected.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Science Education with the ability to connect concepts to data science applications.
Solid knowledge of Physics and Mathematics to support explanation of analytical and quantitative methods.
Experience as a Qualified Teacher, with demonstrated classroom management and instructional skills.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including structuring courses, modules, and assessments for varied learner levels.
Relevant academic background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Practical experience with data science tools and languages (such as Python, R, SQL, and common data analysis libraries).
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to learners with different levels of prior knowledge.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
