Wholesale Account Executive

Position Summary
Responsible for soliciting, building and maintaining strong relationships through outside sales meetings with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, and any other potential mortgage entity customer; to sell into the wholesale and correspondent mortgage marketplace within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Prospects and generates new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Manages the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
Builds and maintains strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conducts needs assessments and presents tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Maintains accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM systems.
Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stays current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) + years’ proven and progressive wholesale mortgage lending sales experience.
Experience working CRM technology.
Active NMLS license in good standing.
Established book of business with strong broker or referral relationships.
Ability to attend trade shows & seminars as needed, traveling approximately 10% of the time.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.

This is a commission based position with ramp up bonuses possible, based on a proven record of recent production.
