Remote B2B Sales Closer

OMNI is a U.S.-based B2B LinkedIn lead generation agency. We're hiring an experienced closer to take pre-booked sales calls with U.S. business owners.
This is a closing-only role. There's no prospecting, cold calling, or appointment setting. Our team generates and qualifies leads and books them directly onto your calendar.
What You'll Do
Run scheduled Zoom and phone sales calls using our proven discovery and closing process
Present the OMNI offer ($1,000/month, 90-day commitment, $3,000 initial contract)
Handle objections and ask confidently for the sale
Move new clients through onboarding next steps
Follow up with prospects who don't close on the first call
Keep the CRM pipeline accurate and up to date
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
Calls are booked in 30-minute slots, with 16- 20 booked calls per day
The show rate is about 70%, so open time is used for follow-up and CRM work
Compensation (paid in USD)
Base: $1,000 USD/month
Uncapped commission per closed deal:
– Deals 1–7: $150 each
– Deals 8–12: $200 each
– Deals 13+: $250 each
Commission is paid once the client's [first payment of $1,000] is collected
Earnings Examples
10 closes/month: $2,650 USD
15 closes/month: $3,800 USD
What We're Looking For
Proven experience closing B2B services over Zoom or phone (appointment setters looking to move up are not a fit)
Excellent conversational English and confidence selling to U.S. business owners
Strong discovery and objection handling, with a natural style rather than a scripted one
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and full availability during U.S. Eastern hours
