Conflicts Staff Attorney – Remote | Temporary-to-Potential-Hire
Matura Farrington is working with a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking experienced Conflicts Staff Attorneys for an immediate need.
This is a 3–6 month temporary opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent position. The role is remote, with candidates ideally located within reasonable commuting distance of an office in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, New York, or Washington, D.C.
What We’re Looking For:
JD required
3+ years of attorney-level conflicts experience preferred
Recent experience conducting and analyzing conflicts within a large law firm
Strong knowledge of conflicts of interest and applicable Rules of Professional Conduct
Experience with new client/new matter conflicts and conflicts clearance
Experience identifying potential conflicts and assisting with waivers
Lateral attorney and new business intake experience is a plus
Intapp Open or similar conflicts software experience preferred
Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly
Active bar membership preferred
Schedule:
Fully remote
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
Compensation: Approximately $70–$99/hour, depending on experience.
