About SwipePicks
SwipePicks is a free-to-use sports betting companion app designed to make sports betting smarter, more social, and more accessible for the next generation of fans. Using a swipe-based experience, SwipePicks helps users analyze games, share opinions, and learn how sports betting works in a fun, low-risk environment.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to help build a sports-tech startup from the ground up. You will be on the front lines of a fast-growing startup, responsible for launching SwipePicks within your campus or local community. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, growth, and community management while building a massive professional network.
If you’re entrepreneurial, outgoing, and excited about sports, startups, and growth, this role gives you real ownership and the chance to see the direct impact of your work.
Your Responsibilities
·Drive Growth: Increase SwipePicks app downloads and active users through word-of-mouth, social media, and strategic outreach.
·Host Activations: Plan and execute engaging events, from sports-viewing parties at local bars to campus "pop-ups."
·Educate & Advocate: Teach your peers how to use the SwipePicks platform to make informed, responsible picks without financial risk.
·Content Creation: Leverage your personal brand and social channels to create buzz and showcase the SwipePicks experience.
·User Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, collecting user insights to help our product team build a better app.
Compensation, Perks & Time Commitment
Competitive Pay: Commission-based earnings (Average Sales & Growth Intern earns equivalent of $25+/hour)
Performance Bonuses: Cash bonuses and incentives for top-performing associates.
Flexibility: 5–30 hours per week & fully remote with optional in-person activities
