The impact you’ll make
As Key Holder, you’re a trusted leader who helps drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You partner closely with store management to ensure flawless execution of day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards, and foster a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace. You lead with confidence, demonstrate La Senza’s selling behaviors, and bring the brand to life for every customer.
What you’ll do
Lead by example to deliver exceptional, positive customer experiences and model company selling behaviors.
Drive personal sales performance and support overall store results through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
Partner with management to coach associates, promote teamwork, and reinforce La Senza’s selling model across all zones.
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing associates to maintain a strong, confident team.
Promote a positive work environment; help resolve associate relations issues by using La Senza’s coaching approach.
Support execution of company initiatives and communicate action plans that drive sales and operational excellence.
Manage and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to protect the brand experience.
Support inventory accuracy and loss-prevention efforts by following all standard operating procedures, including damages, transfers, and compliance-related items.
Execute visual merchandising updates and ensure the sales floor is full, abundant, and aligned with brand presentation standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
Support a safe working environment by following all Health & Safety policies.
Lead with professionalism, brand pride, and behaviors that reflect the Company’s values.
What you bring
Previous retail or supervisory experience with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
Proven ability to lead by example and foster a culture of confidence, inclusion, and teamwork.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Business acumen with the ability to interpret results and adjust quickly.
Organizational and time-management skills to manage competing priorities.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
Professional demeanor that represents the La Senza brand and values.
