Xenios Health | Remote, U.S. | Project-Based With Long-Term Potential
Xenios Health is building a national proactive health and telehealth platform focused on giving people easier access to high-quality clinical care, diagnostics, therapeutics and emerging health interventions.
We are currently building toward the operating capabilities of leading national telehealth platforms such as System Labs, while developing a broader long-term model across proactive health, longevity, performance and preventative care.
We currently have approximately 5,000 people on our waitlist, NFL/NBA/collegiate affilates and a major constraint to serving that demand is finalizing the clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, supplier and fulfillment infrastructure behind the platform.
We are looking for someone deeply connected to the U.S. healthcare and therapeutics ecosystem who can help us solve that problem now and help build the network we will need over the next several years.
This is not just a pharmacy-sourcing role
Our immediate need is to establish a highly transparent and verified network of:
Licensed clinical providers
Telehealth provider groups
Compounding and specialty pharmacies
Laboratories
Diagnostic partners
Pharmaceutical and healthcare suppliers
Fulfillment partners
Medical product manufacturers
Backup and contingency partners
Long term, we want this person helping Xenios continuously identify and evaluate new therapeutics, emerging treatment categories, diagnostics and other clinically relevant innovations that could responsibly be introduced into the platform.
We want someone who knows what is happening in healthcare before it becomes obvious to everyone else.
Immediate mandate
Your first responsibility will be helping Xenios remove the infrastructure bottlenecks preventing us from serving current demand.
You will help us establish a verified national operating network with direct relationships rather than relying on undocumented intermediaries.
This includes:
Identifying qualified pharmacies and clinical partners
Establishing direct relationships with decision-makers
Verifying facilities and organizations
Collecting licensing and accreditation information
Confirming state coverage
Documenting clinical capabilities
Obtaining pharmacy formularies and service catalogs
Obtaining supplier catalogs
Obtaining contracted or wholesale pricing where available
Collecting available Certificates of Analysis and testing documentation
Confirming medication and product provenance where appropriate
Documenting turnaround times
Documenting shipping and fulfillment capabilities
Establishing direct escalation contacts
Developing primary and backup relationships
Confirming tracking and customer-notification workflows
Building contingency plans when a partner cannot fulfill
Clinical network development
We also need help expanding a scalable U.S. clinical infrastructure.

We want to create an ongoing therapeutic sourcing and intelligence function rather than operating from a static product catalog.
You may help us continuously evaluate areas including:
