Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with 3–5+ years of experience to contribute to the full software development lifecycle. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and occasionally interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications
Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain and enhance existing systems, including performance optimization
Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective fixes
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participate in integration testing and system validation
Collaborate with team members to improve development processes
Work with modern AI development tools to enhance coding efficiency, testing, and documentation
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Qualifications
Required Experience
3–5+ years of professional software development experience
Experience with full software development lifecycle (Agile preferred)
Hands-on full-stack development experience, particularly in Microsoft technologies
Technical Skills
Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API
Front-end experience with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular
Knowledge of RESTful API development
Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and debugging practices
Understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture
DevOps & Tools
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or similar tools
Exposure to build and deployment processes
AI & Modern Development
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Ability to incorporate AI into development workflows
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
