Lashon Academy Charter Schools is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing, Social Media & Enrollment Operations Coordinator to support our public marketing presence and enrollment operations across all four campuses.
This is a fully remote position combining social media and content creation, digital marketing, and detailed enrollment operations.
The ideal candidate will be able to transform raw photos, videos, and story ideas into polished social media content and marketing materials while independently managing applicant data, enrollment records, lottery operations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
Manage the organization-wide Instagram account and other public social media channels.
Edit and transform raw photos and videos into polished posts, reels, and stories.
Write engaging and accurate captions aligned with the organization’s brand voice.
Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
Monitor and manage social media engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Work closely with the Community & Recruitment Manager to turn field-generated content and story ideas into finished marketing materials.
Marketing & Advertising
Design recruitment flyers, digital advertisements, and enrollment marketing materials for all four campuses.
Support recruitment and enrollment advertising campaigns.
Coordinate campaigns around enrollment windows and lottery deadlines.
Support the organization’s public-facing marketing efforts.
Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity.
Manage website content related to admissions, news, and campus highlights.
Enrollment & Applicant Operations
Manage applicant and enrollment records across all four campuses.
Enter and organize lead and inquiry information into the applicant system.
Maintain accurate and organized applicant records.
Track enrollment funnel data from inquiries through applications and enrollment.
Prepare enrollment data and reports for leadership review.
Enrollment Lottery Operations
Support administration of the annual enrollment lottery across all four campuses.
Run the lottery and accurately record and distribute results.
Maintain complete documentation related to the lottery process.
Manage waitlists and prepare offer communications as enrollment spots become available.
Coordinate written and email communications related to enrollment offers and waitlist activity.
Prepare lottery and enrollment compliance reports as required.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate applicant and enrollment data across all campuses.
Track and report enrollment funnel metrics, including inquiries, applications, and enrolled students.
Organize information in a clear and accessible format for leadership.
Maintain accurate documentation to support enrollment and lottery reporting requirements.
Handle applicant information carefully and accurately.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of combined experience in marketing/content creation and data-driven administrative or enrollment operations.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
Strong photo and video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with applicant and enrollment data.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Availability to overlap daily with U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with charter schools or education organizations.
Experience with lottery-based enrollment systems.
Experience with regulated enrollment or admissions processes.
Experience managing social media for an organization or institution.
Experience creating digital advertising and recruitment campaigns.
Experience working with applicant databases or enrollment management systems.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and highly reliable.
They should be comfortable working independently, managing both creative and administrative responsibilities, and handling sensitive applicant information with accuracy and discretion.
The ideal candidate will also be able to move efficiently between creative work—such as editing a video or preparing a social media post—and highly detailed operational work, such as maintaining applicant records, managing the enrollment lottery, and preparing compliance documentation.

Workplace: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with daily overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Reports to: Director of Education, with day-to-day direction from the Community & Recruitment Manager
