Join a US legal lead generation company that delivers motor vehicle accident leads exclusively to law firms across the country, and set its Meta strategy at $10K+ per day in spend. The founder built the ad program personally before growing an in-house team that has stayed for years. You will write the plan, with junior buyers already in place to launch what you decide. The founder wants someone who brings the next test before being asked, and backs good ideas with budget.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set the Meta testing plan for a $10k/day legal lead gen account and give the junior buyers clear scale, stop, and budget rules
• Research competitors in the Ad Library and turn findings into briefs and scripts for concepts unlike what's already running
• Send the founder a daily performance read with the next recommended action and the test budget it needs
MUST HAVES
• Managed Meta lead generation budgets of $5,000+ per day
• Turned Meta Ad Library competitor research into new, compliant ad concepts
• Decided what other media buyers test, scale, and stop
• Used CPL, qualified-lead quality, and client outcomes together to decide where to shift Meta budget
• Diagnosed a declining ad account performance and fixed it
• Strong professional English communication skills
• Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
NICE TO HAVES
• Ran US personal injury, motor vehicle accident, or other legal lead generation
• Ran high-ticket lead generation in insurance, solar, roofing, debt, or home services
EXPECTATIONS
• Work full time remotely with daily overlap of US Eastern business hours
• Keep every ad compliant with legal advertising rules: real case results with disclaimers, never guaranteed outcomes
