Audit Manager

Your typical day will include:
Leading and overseeing day-to-day operations of audit engagements
Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements and compliance standards
Preparing business reports and management letters for clients, highlighting key issues and recommendations
Managing audit teams, including coaching and mentoring junior staff
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Leading audit engagements and ensuring high-quality delivery
Presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior client management
Reviewing reports, memoranda, and other deliverables
Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving to address complex audit and risk issues
Collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client service

2+ years’ experience as an Audit Manager
Experience working in a Big 4 audit environment
Strong technical audit and statutory reporting expertise
Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Proven ability to build effective client relationships
Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff and leading audit teams
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand audit, risk advisory issues, and stakeholder needs
Strong communication skills and ability to positively influence clients, teams, and individuals
