Role Description The Mental Health Therapist will provide remote, full-time outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, using clinically sound and ethical practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and family therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The therapist will collaborate with other professionals for case consultation, coordinate care with external providers when needed, and monitor client progress to adjust interventions appropriately.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
Clinical expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy, with the ability to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Background in Behavioral health treatment or related human services disciplines, with a focus on advocacy and resource coordination.
Active, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) in WA, CO, TX, or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and professional telehealth communication.
Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
Skills in Treatment Planning, including assessment, goal setting, and ongoing evaluation of client progress.
Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and non-discriminatory clinical practice.
