Operations Support Representative

As an Ops Support Representative, you will serve as a trusted problem solver who takes ownership of customer concerns from start to finish. In this remote role, you will partner with internal and external teams, navigate multiple systems, and deliver timely, thorough resolutions that create a seamless customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance with complex or escalated issues.
Take ownership of customer inquiries and manage issues through resolution from beginning to end.
Research customer concerns and determine effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Provide timely follow-up and communication.
Document customer interactions and resolutions.
Develop expertise across multiple business functions.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule standards.
Anticipate customer needs and deliver an exceptional experience.
Support evolving business priorities and assignments.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of customer support, customer service, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work an 8-hour shift.
Dedicated home office/workspace.
High-speed internet connection.
Ability to perform basic PC and hardware troubleshooting.
High School Diploma or GED.
What's needed - Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience within the last 5 years.
Previous work-from-home experience.
Demonstrated success in customer service or customer success roles.
