Help Canadian families and business owners protect what they've built, plan for taxes and prepare their estates, and build your own professional practice doing it.
Three things to know before you apply:
- A provincial life insurance licence is required. If you don't have one yet, you'll study for and write the licensing exam, with our support program guiding you.
- This is 100% commission as an independent contractor. No salary, no benefits, no guaranteed income, and there are startup costs for licensing.
- Building a client base takes consistent effort over months, not weeks.
What you'll do
- Meet clients in person or virtually and understand their full financial picture
- Explain options in plain language and recommend solutions that fit their situation
- Build your client base through your network and referrals
- Follow every compliance requirement in your province
What we provide
- A structured licensing support program (study classes and licensing costs reimbursed once you're licensed)
- Mentorship and supervision once you're licensed
- Ongoing training on products, planning and client work

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and a resident of the province where you'll be licensed
- Able to pass a criminal record check and your province's suitability requirements
- Able to commit at least 10–15 hours per week over the next 12 months
