Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Jewellery Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized guidance on lab-grown diamond jewellery, including engagement rings, bridal collections, and everyday luxury pieces. The Sales Executive will present product features and benefits, explain certification and quality details, and support customers in making informed purchase decisions. Daily tasks include managing showroom displays, ensuring merchandise is well-presented, handling billing and documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, coordinating with the operations team on orders and customizations, and upholding Moissani’s ethical and luxury brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
Strong retail sales and customer service skills with experience in jewelry, luxury, or premium retail environments.
Ability to communicate product features clearly, including diamond quality, certification, and metal types, with confident spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Skills in relationship-building, consultative selling, and handling customer queries and objections professionally.
Attention to detail in showroom presentation, inventory handling, billing accuracy, and documentation.
Comfort with using POS systems, basic computer applications, and digital tools for customer records and follow-ups.
Interest in ethical, sustainable luxury and willingness to learn about lab-grown diamonds and contemporary jewellery trends.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends and retail peak hours, with a strong sense of integrity and reliability.
Prior experience in jewellery or high-end fashion retail is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
