Glaass is a cloud-based QHSE and project management platform built for large-scale civil infrastructure projects, servicing $20m upgrades to $20b megaprojects. We work with contractors and joint ventures across Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Europe and North America.

Role: Project Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Remote, Australian-based candidates only.
Reports to: Project Manager, working closely alongside to support project implementations, with a clear path to grow into a Project Management role as you build experience.
What You'll Do:
Project Setup: Assist in setting up new projects nationally and internationally, including configuring modules, templates and forms.
Digital Transformation: Help digitise forms provided by clients and contractors, making processes more efficient and streamlined.
Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page.
Information Gathering: Acquire necessary information from stakeholders to ensure project success.
Project Support: Provide ongoing support once projects go live, including go-live support sessions and responding to support requests, ensuring everything stays on track.
Training & Documentation: Run training sessions with users and produce clear support material such as user manuals and guides to help them get the most out of our software.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of construction or site related experience on building, civil or commercial projects, ideally with exposure to QHSE processes.
A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a similar field.
Strong organisational and communication skills: to-do lists are your jam, and you know when to pick up the phone versus when a well-written email will do.

Willingness to occasionally travel to project offices and sites.
