Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for executing the full life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and evaluating technical candidates, facilitating the hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The role involves creating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and prospective talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
Proficiency in general Recruiting and Hiring processes
Strong Communication skills, with an emphasis on clear written and verbal interactions
Ability to assess candidate qualifications for technical roles
Proven organizational and time management skills for managing multiple positions
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
Experience in working with remote teams or candidates is a bonus
Prior experience in recruiting for technology or data-focused roles
