Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for skilled Plumbers, Electricians, Masons, Painters, and Tilers. Responsibilities include performing installation, repair, and maintenance work according to project specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks may involve reading and following drawings, preparing materials and surfaces, installing or repairing pipes and fixtures, executing electrical work, applying paint and finishes, and laying tiles with precise alignment and finishing. The role also includes troubleshooting site issues, coordinating with supervisors and other trades, maintaining tools and equipment, keeping work areas clean, and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues. Team members are expected to meet project deadlines, follow health and safety guidelines, and deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
Strong plumbing skills including pipe installation, maintenance & repair, and general maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
Proficiency in customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly, respond to client requests, and represent the company professionally on site.
Hands-on experience in at least one trade: electrical wiring and fixtures, masonry and block work, painting and finishing, or tiling and surface preparation.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings, measurements, and work orders, and follow safety and quality procedures.
Previous experience in interior decoration, construction, or fit-out projects in a similar role; UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, work on ladders or scaffolding, and handle tools and materials safely.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Relevant vocational training, trade certification, or apprenticeship in plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, or tiling is preferred.
