Oracle Health Architect – OMOP / Athena
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Health Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Health/Cerner, Athena, OMOP CDM, and healthcare data architecture. The role will focus on mapping and transforming clinical and revenue-cycle data into OMOP for analytics, reporting, and interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
Design healthcare data architecture using Oracle Health/Cerner and Athena.
Lead Oracle Health → OMOP CDM data mapping and transformation.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for OMOP-compliant data.
Map healthcare concepts using SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD, CPT/HCPCS, and other standard vocabularies.
Integrate clinical, EHR, claims, billing, charges, and payment data.
Implement data-quality, validation, reconciliation, and lineage processes.
Ensure alignment with OHDSI/OMOP standards and HIPAA requirements.
Collaborate with clinical, analytics, engineering, and business teams.
