Role Description The Technical Recruiter role at Eye Care Leaders is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and product-related positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, using multiple channels to identify qualified candidates, and maintaining a structured interview process. The Technical Recruiter will also manage candidate communication, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, and support employer branding initiatives. Collaboration with HR, operations, and leadership teams to forecast hiring needs and improve recruitment processes is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Recruiting and Hiring to identify, assess, and select qualified technical talent.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage candidates, collaborate with stakeholders, and represent the organization clearly and professionally.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networks, and online platforms for sourcing and pipeline management.
Ability to interpret technical job requirements, screen for relevant technical competencies, and facilitate structured interviews.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
Prior experience recruiting for technology, healthcare IT, or software roles is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
