We are seeking a dynamic and technical Avaya Solution Architect. In this presales role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Avaya technologies, helping them envision solutions tailored to their unique business challenges.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Account Executives to lead presales conversations on Avaya solutions.
Consult with clients to understand business objectives, use cases, and technical requirements.
Develop an approved training plan to maintain knowledge of the latest technology and how it benefits the customer.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, technology partners, and vendors.
Communicate proactively and effectively with customers. Provide training, webinars, whitepaper's as necessary to establish Cerium as the technology leader in the given area.
Design tailored solutions, proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for seamless delivery handoff.
Manage activities in the CRM (Dynamics 365): update opportunities, track deal stages, and record key client interactions.
Periodically forecast opportunities to keep sales, implementation and services leadership aware of opportunities in their technical area(s) of expertise.
Support customer facing events, user groups, and conferences as needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required
7+ years related experience.
Skilled at explaining complex technical ideas to non-technical clients.
Experience with solution selling and consultative sales across various industries.
Background in technology sales or presales engineering.
Strong knowledge of the Avaya portfolio and partner programs.
Excellent communicator and presenter, able to clarify complex topics in a clear and concise way
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred
Working knowledge of Avaya design process and tools, e.g.: PLDS, registration, records administration.
Experience with Genesys, Zoom CX, Webex Contact Center or other CCaaS offerings
Location: Seattle, WA or Portland, OR
Schedule: Remote, with flexibility for in-person meetings as needed
Compensation
Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000 OTE
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
