Say No To Living Anyhow (SNTLA) is a youth-focused initiative helping young people live intentionally, recognise what they have, build practical capacity, become more visible and position themselves for meaningful opportunities.
On Saturday, October 24, 2026, we are hosting our first physical experience in Abuja. A free, application-only experience bringing together selected young people for an intimate and practical day designed to help them move from intention to action.
We are looking for a Volunteer Operations Lead to help us make the experience run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be responsible for:
Coordinating event logistics before and on the day
Working with the venue and confirming venue requirements
Coordinating vendors and service providers
Managing setup and pack-down
Confirming tables, chairs, electricity, AC/ventilation, sound and other venue requirements
Coordinating food and refreshments with relevant vendors
Maintaining the event-day operational timeline
Identifying potential logistical problems before the event
Troubleshooting issues on event day
Coordinating with other team leads where logistics affect their work
Helping ensure the programme transitions happen on time
Supporting post-event pack-down and logistics.
