About the role
In the role of Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager, Collectibles, you will report to the Senior Manager, Global Operations.
We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas, TX.
As the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager, Collectibles, you will be responsible for developing and leading the end-to-end global supply chain and manufacturing strategy and execution for Crunchyroll's Collectibles business. You will oversee global sourcing, supplier selection and development, manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and operational readiness to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, Licensing, Planning, Sales, Finance, and Distribution. You will drive operational excellence through strategic supplier partnerships, scalable processes, and data-driven decision-making. By serving as the operational bridge between Product Development, Creative, Licensing, and global manufacturing partners, you will ensure innovative collectible products are successfully translated from concept into high-quality products delivered to fans worldwide. You will proactively identify operational risks, optimize cost and inventory performance, and build a resilient global supply chain that supports the continued growth of the Collectibles business.
Core Areas of Responsibility
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Leadership
Develop and execute global supply chain and manufacturing strategies that support product launches and long-term business growth.
Lead end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations from product development through final product delivery.
Develop production plans and manufacturing schedules aligned with product launch timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and overall supply chain performance.
Global Sourcing & Manufacturing
Build and manage strategic relationships with global manufacturing partners and suppliers.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturing partners capable of supporting Crunchyroll's quality, cost, capacity, and delivery objectives.
Lead supplier performance reviews, issue resolution, and recovery plans.
Partner with suppliers to optimize quality, cost, lead times, manufacturing efficiency, and scalability.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring operational readiness across all product launches.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Provide supply chain leadership on manufacturing feasibility, inventory strategy, production schedules, and operational risk.
Support business planning through forecasting, KPI reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Inventory & Financial Performance
Partner with Planning and Logistics teams to optimize inventory investments while maintaining product availability.
Manage supply chain budgets and identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators, including supplier performance, inventory health, production schedules, cost performance, and on-time delivery.
About You

8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, sourcing, or product operations.
Experience managing global suppliers and international manufacturing partners.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
Experience in consumer products, collectibles, licensed merchandise, entertainment, and accessories.
Experience supporting global product launches and international supply chains.
Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing,Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Crunchyroll’s Global Operations team brings collectibles from concept to fans worldwide—leading global sourcing, manufacturing, production planning, inventory, logistics, and operational readiness to enable launches that meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. We coordinate demand planning and logistics, manage operational risk, and build scalable processes that help deliver exceptional fan experiences.
