Role Description The Accountant role at Flexifold Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording entries in the general ledger, processing invoices, and handling accounts payable and receivable. This role will involve preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and reconciling bank statements. The Accountant will also support tax filings, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations accurately.
Experience supporting tax preparation, compliance activities, and internal or external audits.
Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage.
Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
