Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or related field
Compensation as per experience & industry standards
🎯 What You’ll Do
Identify and connect with prospective corporate clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn & referrals
Generate qualified leads for HR Tech products & HR services
Present and demonstrate solutions to HR leaders & decision-makers
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
Build strong relationships with HR Heads, TA Leaders & Business Owners
Track market trends & emerging HR Tech developments
💡 Preferred Profile
Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, recruitment, staffing, RPO, job portals or HR consulting
Strong corporate network with HR & TA teams
Proven ability to independently manage BD cycles remotely
