Summary
As an Advisor – System Operations Manager at Gainwell, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for optimizing system operations, performance, and service delivery across healthcare technology platforms. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, and influencing operational strategies that align with business and client objectives. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, resolve complex issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Your role in our mission
When joining Gainwell, you will:
Provide strategic oversight and guidance on system operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across platforms
Partner with leadership and technical teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery
Analyze operational metrics, system performance, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Support resolution of complex system issues and escalations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and operational best practices
What We're Looking For
8–10+ years of experience in system operations, IT service delivery, or technology operations roles
Strong understanding of system performance, incident management, and operational processes (ITIL preferred)
Experience working in complex, enterprise-level technology environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
What You Should Expect In This Role
Remote-based role within the United States with flexibility to support business and operational needs
Ownership of strategic system operations initiatives and performance improvements
Collaboration with technical teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
Key role in driving system reliability, efficiency, and continuous operational improvement
The pay range for this position is $84,800.00 - $121,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
