Role Description As an Advisor at Aassaan Accreditation Private Limited, you will provide guidance to clients on accreditation frameworks, compliance requirements, and quality standards in an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai. You will engage with client teams to understand their current processes, assess gaps, and recommend practical improvements aligned with relevant accreditation guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing documentation, creating checklists and reports, supporting clients during audits or external evaluations, and conducting training or orientation sessions where needed. You will collaborate with internal colleagues to develop advisory tools, share insights, and maintain consistent service quality across projects. The role involves regular client meetings, careful record-keeping, and continuous learning to stay updated on evolving accreditation and regulatory norms.
Qualifications
Ability to analyze organizational processes, interpret accreditation and regulatory requirements, and provide clear advisory recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, guidelines, and training materials for diverse stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills and client-facing experience, with the capacity to build trust, facilitate discussions, and support change management.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage documentation, track compliance milestones, and meet project timelines.
Comfort working on-site in Across India, with the flexibility to engage in meetings, audits, and training sessions at client locations as required.
Prior experience in accreditation, quality assurance, consulting, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, management, quality, healthcare, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with standard office software tools for document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.
