What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced insurance professional to work directly with our CEO in a broad, highly trusted role supporting the day-to-day needs of the business.
This is more than a traditional administrative Executive Assistant position. You will work across the organization, helping the CEO stay ahead of priorities, coordinating projects, following up on important matters, and stepping in to help resolve issues and keep things moving.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently. You should be someone who can quickly understand a situation, communicate with the right people, and see things through to completion.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the CEO on business priorities, projects, and day-to-day needs.
Coordinate and follow up on important initiatives and open items.
Research questions, gather information, and help identify solutions.
Work across departments and with employees, producers, agents, carriers, and other business partners.
Identify issues that need attention and help drive them toward resolution.
Help improve processes and address gaps as they arise.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Take on special projects and new priorities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of commercial insurance experience required.
Wholesale/E&S experience strongly preferred; retail commercial insurance experience considered.
Must be available to work Pacific Time business hours.
Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships.
Comfortable working independently and directly with senior leadership.
Strong working knowledge of the commercial insurance industry.
