该职位来源于猎聘 负责为指定行业和/或区域的客户提供技术支持，并推广BAC产品和解决方案。他/她作为BAC在指定领域的技术代言人，注重与设计师和顾问的沟通，并和关键的技术决策者保持联系并拓展关系，确保BAC在市场上为人所知。应用工程师还在复杂的项目中发挥重要作用，她/他将与销售经理密切配合以确保项目成功。 Application engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers in specified market segments and promoting BAC products and solutions. As the technical representative of BAC in the specified market, he/she focus on communicating with designers and consultants, maintaining relationships with technical decision makers to ensure that BAC is widely known in the market. The application engineer also plays an important role in the key projects, she or he will work closely with the sales manager to ensure the success of the project. 主要职责 Job responsibilities
为客户提供优化的技术解决方案； Provide the optimized technical solutions for customer;
直接提供或指导经销商为项目提供最适合的技术方案、选型、竞争性分析… Directly provide or guide distributors to provide the best technical solutions, selection, competitive analysis for the project...
就客户关心的技术问题答疑和澄清； Answer and clarify technical issues that customers care about;
非标产品、服务、运费报价； Quotations for non-standard products, services, and freight;
提供项目需要的工程图纸和文件； Provide engineering drawings and documents required by the project;
推动并实施顾问公司和设计院技术研讨会，和顾问公司建立起良好互动关系，以推广公司品牌为导向，打造技术驱动型公司形象； Deliver and implement technical seminars to consultant and design institutes, establish a good relationship with key consultant. Promote company brand and create the technology-driven company image in the market;
支持区域销售团队拓展当地市场和销售渠道； Support the regional sales team to expand the local sales channels;
为企业内部员工和经销商提供专业技术培训； Provide professional technical training for internal employee and distributors;
收集市场信息和竞争对手动态，为市场策略和产品市场管理部门提供技术咨询； Collect the market information and competitor’s activities. Provide technical advice for the department of market strategy and product market management;
参加展会和行业会议，宣讲公司、产品和解决方案； Attend exhibitions and industry conferences, and promote company, products and technical solutions;
为工程部新产品开发提供市场反馈和技术咨询； Provide feedback and technical advice for new product development department;
协助售后服务部门诊断故障，为改造项目提供技术方案支持等； Assist after sale service department to diagnose the fault and provide technical solution for retrofit projects; 任职要求 Qualifications
热能动力，建筑环境与能源应用工程，制冷，机械设计及自动化专业，硕士或本科学历； Major in Thermal Power Engineering, Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Design and Automation. Master or bachelor’s degree;
3年及以上实际从事暖通空调技术支持经验。有【冷水主机、压缩机、换热器、泵阀类】设备制造商、从事技术支持方面的工作经验为佳; More than 3 years of practical experience in HVAC technical support. It is better to have working experience in the manufacturer of 【chiller, compressor, heat exchanger, pump and valve】 equipment;
该职位居家办公。应聘者必须居住在广东，广州、深圳、或东莞为佳。 This position is work from home. Candidates must reside in Guangdong Province, with Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Dongguan being preferred.
工作细致，有耐心，好学求知； Be meticulous, patient, and eager to learn new knowledge;
语言表达能力良好，适应多听众发言环境； Good presentation skills, be comfortable to the multi-audience speech environment;
必须能适应间歇性地同时被多个销售请求支持的工作环境； Must be able to work in an environment intermittently requested to provide technical support by multiple sales;
英语四级以上，必须能阅读英文技术文档，可书写英文邮件；口语流利更优。 CET-4 or above, able to read technical documents in English, and write English email. Fluent English-speaking skill is preferred;
熟练使用AutoCAD或Inventor； Good command of AutoCAD or Inventor;
熟练使用办公软件Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint； Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
了解PeopleSoft或SAP系统； Know about PeopleSoft or SAP;
适应频繁出差。 Able to travel frequently.
