Role Description The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing visual and written content that showcases Lets Build Studio’s projects, design philosophy, and services. This full-time, on-site role based in Madurai includes planning and producing content for social media, the website, and other digital platforms, including project stories, reels, posts, case studies, and campaign assets. The role involves documenting ongoing projects, coordinating with the design team for accurate information, and translating complex design ideas into engaging, accessible narratives. The Digital Content Creator will track content performance, refine strategies based on analytics, and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels. Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and external partners will be key to ensuring timely, high-quality content delivery.
Qualifications
Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms, including social media posts, short-form video, visual storytelling, and basic graphic layouts.
Ability to write clear, engaging copy for diverse formats such as captions, project descriptions, blog posts, and marketing campaigns.
Experience with content planning and strategy, including editorial calendars, campaign planning, and aligning content with brand objectives.
Comfort with documenting spaces and projects using photography or video, and coordinating with design teams to ensure accuracy and detail.
Working knowledge of social media tools and analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and consistency across platforms.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple content initiatives and deadlines.
Interest in architecture, interior design, or the built environment; prior experience in a design or creative studio is an advantage.
Relevant education in communications, media, design, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Madurai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly and professionally.
