该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.大客户开发：主动识别并开发区域内或特定行业内（如汽车零部件、半导体、航空航天、制药等）有持续采购需求的潜在大客户，制定针对性的开发计划，并促成合作。 2.需求挖掘与方案定制：深入了解客户，准确理解其产品结构与应用场景需求，协同内部设计部门或外部合作伙伴，提供专业的选型建议及深加工方案，推动方案确认与订单落地。 3. 战略关系维护：建立并维护与大客户关键决策人的长期信任关系，定期进行高层拜访与业务回顾，及时处理客户异议，确保客户满意度和零流失率。 4. 项目跟进与交付协调：承接订单后，全程跟踪订单执行状态，确保订单按时、按质交付，保障客户生产计划。 5.市场信息反馈：收集大客户对于产品性能、竞品动态及行业趋势的反馈，为公司产品迭代与市场策略制定提供依据。 7. 营销协同：配合市场部邀请大客户参与线上线下的技术交流会、行业展会等活动，提升客户粘性与品牌认知。 8. 上级交办的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、英语能无障碍交流。 2、机械设计、自动化等相关专业专科以上学历。 3、3年以上大客户开发与管理经验。 4、 具有工业自动化设备、非标机械设备、工业铝型材及相关深加工行业背景者优先。 5、熟练使用Office办公软件（PPT方案演示等）。 6、能看懂CAD图纸，了解SolidWorks或类似三维软件的基本操作。 7、熟悉铝型材挤压、表面处理及常见深加工工艺者优先。 8、此岗位为homebaed工作模式
