Role Description The Security Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role oversees daily security operations, including planning, implementing, and monitoring security protocols across facilities and systems. The manager coordinates physical security teams, manages incident response, and ensures compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Responsibilities include assessing risks, reviewing security reports, supervising shift schedules, and optimizing security procedures for both physical and digital environments. The role also involves collaborating with management and clients, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in security performance and service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including team leadership, process implementation, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess Physical Security skills such as access control management, surveillance oversight, and incident handling in on-site environments.
Candidates should possess Cybersecurity skills, including basic security frameworks knowledge and coordination with technical teams to protect information systems.
Candidates should possess Vulnerability Management and Network Security skills, including risk assessment, vulnerability tracking, and secure network oversight in collaboration with IT specialists.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in security management, criminology, IT, or a related field are beneficial.
Professional certifications (e.g., in security management or cybersecurity), experience managing multi-site security operations, and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards are advantageous.
