Are you a recruitment, commercial growth, or social enterprise leader ready to help build an early-stage business proving a new approach to talent and employment? We're seeking a seasoned advisor to join a UK-based recruitment company's advisory board, providing expertise in client acquisition, commercial strategy, impact measurement, and long-term scaling during a critical validation stage of growth.
What You’ll Do:
Advise on go-to-market strategy and commercial approach to help secure early clients and build a repeatable placement engine
Support the development of a scalable recruitment model, including structure, growth pathways, and future service expansion
Guide impact measurement practices to help credibly demonstrate social outcomes alongside commercial performance
Help shape long-term strategy for scaling the business across sectors, markets, and international regions
Who We’re Looking For:
Senior executive with experience building or scaling a recruitment or staffing business, particularly a repeatable client and placement engine
Background in go-to-market strategy, commercial growth, or early-stage sales for service-led businesses
Experience with social enterprise models, community-focused organisations, or impact-driven business structures is valued
Track record in measuring and communicating social outcomes alongside commercial results
Experience supporting founder-led businesses through validation toward scalable, multi-market growth is a strong advantage
